The Sebalduskirche has been an evangelical- lutheran church since 1525. The place of worship attracts many visitors because of its Romanesque nave and High Gothic quire. The church is also the home of the Sebaldus Tomb by Peter Vischer and works by the famous Nuremberger artists Veit Stoss and Adam Kraft. The concerts held here are very popular because of the church's wonderful acoustics. The Nuremberger internation organ music week is also regularly held here.
