With a seating capacity of 236, the Nicolas Copernicus Planetarium has a spectacular show of over 9000 fixed stars under an 18 m diameter dome. Multi- media shows simulate journeys through time and space. There are various presentations, for children (from 4 years on), school classes, family shows and specials for amateur astronomists. There's a shop and the Star Café in the foyer where you can augment your astronomical experience.
