This is a Frankish inn with beer garden flair. In the middle of the Nuremberger Tiergarten lies this listed timbered building with a "Glaspalast", art deco wooden pillars, cosy tiled stoves and spacious beer garden. The menu includes a hint of a regional, but also a Mediterranean- style vegetarian cuisine, accompanied by cool draught beers and excellent French and Italian wines. Very polyglot! A culinary theatre performance can be had on request! The Waldschänke is open all year round.
