This restaurant welcomes its guests, according to its motto “originally Frankish but with style” with a feel- good conviviality. The Frankish leitmotif runs through the comprehensive menu and list of beverages. As a matter of course, all is homemade and any convenience foods are frowned upon. The emphasis lies on market fresh and seasonal products, for example, asparagus, chantharelles and other forest mushrooms, carp and game.
