The original Nuremberger sausages have been grilled on beechen charcoal in the shadow of the Sebaldus Church since 1313. According to tradition, the this small sausage eatery is supplied with fresh sausages by its own butcher's. Depending on the season, you can order an asparagus salad or the Frankish speciality “Schäufele”, a delicious roast shoulder of pork (but please order this dish in advance!) During fine weather, you can sit on one of two terraces and enjoy your Nuremberger specialities and a freshly pulled draught beer.
