This congenial German sausage eatery can be found at the entrance to the old town directly next the Königstorturm. Here you can enjoy the authentic Nuremberger barbequed sausages, which are freshly homemade in their own butcher's shop and barbequed over beechen charcoal. You can also choose a seasonal salad, for example, an asparagus salad in the spring or the traditional dish of blood sausage, liver sausage, and assorted meats (Schlachtschüssel) in the autumn.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10.30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
