The Boymann's Bar in the Nuremberger Carlton Hotel is the place to enjoy Frankish sparkling wines, champagne and all sorts of cocktails. The tastefully- decorated bar is designed in a discreet, clean and modern style. This is a well- loved place to meet in Nuremberg. It is named after Heinz Boymann, the legendary chief barman of the 60's, whose spirit can still be sensed here.
