The Nuremberger Timepiece Museum, “Das Nürnberger Uhrenmuseum”, exhibits the impressive collection of Karl Gebhardt, who ran his father's busuiness until 1995. With its 1,250 exhibits, the museum is the most important of its kind in Europe. The collections vary from the development of Peter Henlein's (1510) portable clocks to the modern radio solar timepiece.
Opening hours: Mondays to Sundays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Free admission.
