The Kaiserburg Museum was opened in March 1999 as an annex to the National German Museum. Three floors are devoted to the history of the Kaiserburg and its importance as an imperial palace in the era of the Holy Roman Empire. Besides this, you can marvel at 600 exhibits showing the history of the military and weaponry from the 12th to the 19th century. Guided tours every first Saturady of the month at 2.30 p.m.
Opening hours: October to March 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
April to September 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

    The Kaiserburg Museum is one of the stops in our itinerary in Nurnberg. I thought it would be one of the boring stops on our city trip but i was surprise on how nice and beautiful that tradtions were preserved and presented on their exhibits. nofollow
