Historischer Kunstbunker

Deep down in the Burgberg in Nuremberg there's a vast labyrinth of underground vaults and secret passages. In this 900 square metres, a huge hoard of art treasures were stored shortly after the beginning of the 2nd World War. Here, under difficult circumstances, an optimal climate and space was created to protect the masterworks from the damaging effects of smoke, fire and gas, in order to preserve the objects for future generations.
